Dreams? Yes dreams! I
believe we all have something that we want to achieve in life; if you don’t
then do yourself a big favor, contemplate and write down one. A dream is
something that drives you in life; it motivates you to wake up in the morning
and engage yourself in activities that enhances your growth. It gives you
direction to achieve the best that life offers.
I am a young being who goes
through challenges and hardships in life, but that does not give me room to give
up on my dreams. I have a strong believe that we can fulfill our goals and
dreams in life if we actually have that vision, confess it, exercise commitment
and self-confidence as well as work hard towards achieving them.
Our attitude towards life
contributes a lot to what we can do and our perception of life leads us towards
doing that which we didn’t imagine we could do. It takes up a step of faith and
trusting in you, to do it.
Times are changing, the
world is becoming global, and the people are becoming more creative and
innovative. However, God gave us the gift of understanding, sound mind and
wisdom; with that we can do exceedingly, abundantly and greater things which we
could not imagine we could do.
“A little sleep, a little slumber,
a little folding of the hands to rest, and poverty will come upon you like a
vagabond, and want like an armed man.” This quote from the bible has a deeper
meaning. When we become reluctant and lazy without working hard towards achieving
our dreams, then definitely we won’t. When we procrastinate our tasks at hand, we
will lag behind, which might contribute to our failure.
As we mature we learn a lot
about life; we get enriched with knowledge and be skilled on how to handle
challenges that come our way. The urge for independence start to consume our
minds and we start searching for ways to better our lifestyle. Nobody wants to
be stuck at where they are; we all want to have a better life!
“Do take up responsibility
for your life and know that it is only you who can take you to where you want
to be.” We have to understand our engagements
and what we can do in every step of our journey to have an efficacious life. We
all have different ways of viewing success.
“If you understand what
success means to you then be that person; successful.”
